Dyeing/finishing one-bath polyester hydrophilic agent：HPA-5101

Components:

Hydrophilic copolymer, non-ionic

Application Area:

Polyester hydrophilic finishing agent for Polyester fibres and their blends.

Confers excellent moisture absorption and sweat releasing performance, hydrophilic performance, anti-static function, soil release function.

Excellent stability, high temperature resistance, resistant to reductive cleaning, can be used for polyester dyeing process with excellent hydrophilic performance.

Properties ：

- Light yellow flake solid

- Confers good hydrophilic and absorptive properties

- Easily soluble, can dissolve in warm water above 50 degrees

- Improves the antistatic properties of the textile

- No changes of shade

- No yellowing if separately applied

- Soil-release effect on synthetic fibres

- Resistant to mild washing

Application ：

HPA-5101 needs to be diluted, and is generally diluted to 10%-20%. HPA-5101 dissolution process is as follows:

the water is heated to 50-60 degrees, HPA-5101 is gradually added, and the mixture is stirred for half an hour without cooling, until it is completely dissolved, then cooled and stirred to cool, and the material can be filtered and discharged.

The recommended amount is as follows (calculated as 20% solution):
